Very well done! Does it attack by throwing axes? This character kind of reminds me of Ice Climbers.

I like the picture. It reminds me of the character in the game "Cleansing", but more beautiful. Is that a spaceship in front of it? The shading for the animal might need more work, but altogether, this is an interesting piece of art.

Cleansing? Never heard of it, I'll have to look it up later! My main thoughts when I was making this were about Shadow of the Colossus and thatgamecompany's Journey.
Yeah, his face is supposed to look doll-like, but I agree, it could've still used more development.
Ah, does she look like a spaceship? I should've written the backstory for those two! Eveille is Soldat's companion and she's some sort of small bird.

Very good job, but wasn't her hair darker in Sword Art Online? Just wondering. She kind of looks like someone I know.

A very, very good piece of art, even if it is unfinished. The drawing skills are definitely graphic novel worthy and are probably some of the best I've seen here on Newgrounds. You could easily get a job in something like that.

By the way, good luck with your relationship. Some of us aren't as fortunate in that area. Remember, It's the hard times that reveals the difference between true love and mere attraction.

Is this a true story?

I can actually believe it and I wonder what became of the girl. Did the father succeed in killing her or was she rescued?

A very good piece of art to fit the story. Kind of reminds me of Killer Escape.

This story is fake. even though i do have a few friends who did in fact have abusive parents. they are alive and well. one of which i still have my morning coffee with. she still has some pretty nasty dreams about her childhood. but is alive and well. I guess that's what inspired me to attempt at a story.

This is very good for a 30 minute drawing. Very realistic. I believe you when you say that she feel asleep as you drew her (she must have been very tired), but was her top already off too? :)

I believe if someone is going to give a piece of art a bad rating, they should at least leave a comment explaining why. This is actually a good picture and deserves a higher rating.

well i can thank you for that normally people dont tend to look at some of my previous works and this one i could say can use some more work but alas that was about a year ago. Time has passed style was bettered but i do believe more people should comment or actually review peoples works as opposed to just saying "this is cool bro" and I am glad that you gave the time to review one of my works :D

This definitely deserves a higher rating! The guy in back and sword are awesome looking. I also like the smoke you added to the picture, but the background (especially the sky) seems to lack in detail and in turn, looks fake (I can see brush strokes) compared to other portions of a picture. I'm no expert at all, but I believe that all aspects of a picture work together to make it what it is and when one is lacking or suffering, it brings the quality down.

Still, a good picture and I know you will become incredibly awesome at doing art. Also wanted to say thank you for the scout. Though I still wonder why since compared to your art, mine stinks.

Thank you. I scouted you because i see potential for growth and cant exactly grow without room. I see what you mean by the backgrounds lack of detail atfirst this was just going to be a concept of 2 characters but i felt the urge to fiddle a little bit then lost interest. may go back to it in the future after i feel skilled enough till then its just random stuff. :)
