Is this a true story?

I can actually believe it and I wonder what became of the girl. Did the father succeed in killing her or was she rescued?

A very good piece of art to fit the story. Kind of reminds me of Killer Escape.

This story is fake. even though i do have a few friends who did in fact have abusive parents. they are alive and well. one of which i still have my morning coffee with. she still has some pretty nasty dreams about her childhood. but is alive and well. I guess that's what inspired me to attempt at a story.

plus it seemed to fit with this image.

This is very good for a 30 minute drawing. Very realistic. I believe you when you say that she feel asleep as you drew her (she must have been very tired), but was her top already off too? :)

This definitely deserves a higher rating! The guy in back and sword are awesome looking. I also like the smoke you added to the picture, but the background (especially the sky) seems to lack in detail and in turn, looks fake (I can see brush strokes) compared to other portions of a picture. I'm no expert at all, but I believe that all aspects of a picture work together to make it what it is and when one is lacking or suffering, it brings the quality down.

Still, a good picture and I know you will become incredibly awesome at doing art. Also wanted to say thank you for the scout. Though I still wonder why since compared to your art, mine stinks.

Thank you. I scouted you because i see potential for growth and cant exactly grow without room. I see what you mean by the backgrounds lack of detail atfirst this was just going to be a concept of 2 characters but i felt the urge to fiddle a little bit then lost interest. may go back to it in the future after i feel skilled enough till then its just random stuff. :)
