It was okay. A little too short for my tastes though. I could picture this being an adventure game with this setting, where you can explore a world and collect clothes for new abilities. I kind of wished there was more than just three sets of clothes though. Still, a very good game for your first game here. Keep it up!

Well, I have to hand it to you. This is a frustratingly hard game. The controls are good.

I was stuck on the second level for a while because of the wall jumping challenge and now I can't get passed the sixth level because of the hard wall jumping part on that one. Good game.

(What's with the guy's weird looking face though?)

This game could be very good, but it is lacking in a some areas. I'll point out the cool things first followed by drawbacks.
- The story sounds interesting, but a back story would be nice or at least one that could be revealed as the game progressed. The atmosphere and art does add a sense of creepiness, but it could have benefitted from some music in some parts. Also, with no surprises like a body falling from the ceiling or sudden shadow moving in the far corner, it didn't keep me on the edge of my seat.
- The gory death scenes are pretty cool, but right afterward, you suddenly appear a few steps back from where you were. If the animations were more fluid and carried through to appear seamless to the player, it would make them that much better.
- The control were responsive (which might only seem like a small compliment, but for a lot of games, this is a major problem). However, the battle system is lacking and flawed in a way. I chose Beginner and held x whenever a zombie approached me and I still ended up being killed (I don;t know if this is due to me being to close or another factor that I am unaware of. However, if I stood still and held x as a zombie is about to approach me, I usually win). Also, if you approach a zombie and then walk away from it while it is still attacking, you can still be killed, even though it wasn't near you at the time. I also found the dark skull and held down the x+c buttons and the only different animation I saw was the guy ripping a zombie's arm off.
Also, I don't know if you are aware of this, but you are able to move and punch at the same time, which does look real, but you can also move and block at the same time, which looks like he is levitating or something creepy.
There are no weapons you can find to better arm yourself and all you are doing is punching and blocking. No variation or challenge such as fighting off two zombies at once or something to that effect.
Still, I played worse games and this one was pretty good, especially the death scene. (I'd suggest adding a few more death scenes for the main character, just to throw the player off). Good game.

Hey dude! I played this and didn't even realize that you had made it. This is a great step in your development. I also liked the music. Still a little simple, but still enjoyable to play. Great job!

The game is very good, but when I reached the levels with webs in them, the game started experiencing lag, making it very difficult to pass the following levels (And I'm using Google Chrome and have a good computer). I would've liked to finish it, but the fact that I have to go through all the lagging levels that I barely got through before again makes playing it too frustrating unless more saved points are added. Maybe you should add a super easy mode for the "lagging or not as skilled players" :)

Still, even with that being said, great game!

Are you sure the lag was not due to the web? ;) The web slows you down actually, you have to work with that. Running will make you run a little faster through the web as well.
Easy mode was planned which would remove some of the obstacles, but could not add due to the time. Perhaps after the Ludum Dare compo ends. By the way, all the levels are beatable, what could I improve perhaps could be the first time trial and error that occurs in some levels.

I beat the game and all I get is a white screen. Not very encouraging. The mechanics worked very well though. The only problem is that it is a little too simple, short, and the range that the saw blades can hit you at is unexpectedly closer than it seems they should be. You also have "fight" as one of your tag words. Don't you think that is misleading?

I don't get the ending. "I can do anything in any order I want, but you won’t". Were you referring to the numbers because I tried to activate them in a different order, but it wouldn't let me. Were you referring to the answers I choose?

It's okay, but it bothers me that there is no way to avoid enemy attacks unless I'm missing an element of the game. There are also no health packs to replenish your health, no high score boards, and enemy health seemed to vary since it took a long time to kill some enemies while others disappeared as soon as my lasers touched them (unless there is a certain place I'm suppose to aim on them). I know you were rushed to make this, but there isn't a lot of skill involved in this. How long you last depends mainly on the luck of not running into a large number of enemy ships and how good you are at finding those time capsules (I always seemed to be a bit off when following the arrow so part of my reason of not getting far is my fault). Still, this was a decent game and I'm sure your future ones will be 100 times better! :)

A very great game. I happen to stumble upon the answer for the mushroom one by accident so I was lucky.

An awesome game! I think I have part of the story figured out. Julie was ejected from an airlock. Andy was killed by Butler because he thought he was the monster (explaining why he had multiple stab wounds. Butler was killed by the alien (I assume since he didn't have any visible marks on him). One thing I'm not sure of is whether I was controlling Captain robert or the alien? From the last note I read of him, he was on his way to the escape pod, meaning he had the escape pod key. Perhaps the alien locked him in the storage room (which is why you can't find the escape pod key). I could be very far off base with this idea, but it is just a thought.

The only reason I didn't give you a full five stars is because I wanted to know who was behind the storage room door. I know ending it this way forces us to make our own conclusions, but I really wish I knew what you had in mind for what was behind the door.
