The drawing is great though you should really make better icon for your artwork. The character reminds me of black widow (maybe Black Widow has a sister that is a cool spy as well or a fashion model or something). It could just be the black outfit though (which look great by the way).

I love the purple eyes and hair, and although I do like there to be a background, I feel this one doesn't need it (a background might even reduce my appreciation of the woman). Very food job.

An i see what you mean.
That's a good idea
Yeah hehe. I wanted to place her on a bed but uhh... I can't draw beds I noticed... XD
Anyways. Thanks for the kind words and advice :)

The picture looks great. It looks like something is approaching the girl that she doesn't like. The shading on the picture is good. The eyes are also beautiful. Where did the name come from through? Also, what was the idea request?

The bed, however, doesn't seem to be drawn accurately since the headboard is shown in the back, but the bed seems to continue off screen (the headboard is also straight while the bed is shown tilted). Still, this doesn't take away from the picture's beauty. Good job!

dominiichan responds:

Thank you.
The name comes from me just freaking out cuz I don't usually draw stuff like this XD
and thanks for the tip on the bed thing X3

I love the art, but I'm not sure if the woman is made of water or just air. The colors and structure are very good. What made you decide to name this picture "Seranade"?

ArtistGamerGal responds:

Zelda ;)

I like the cartoon version here, but the head looks a little weird: the eyelashes look like they have little balls connected to the end of them and perhaps the head should bigger in height (I never thought this when I watched the show, but this picture makes her look like a pirate with that dew rag on her head). I'd love to see a more cartoonish, silly series come out of this. Great job!

ChazzForte responds:

thank you for the critique :) i was trying to emulate an artist i look up to with the balls on the end of the eyelashes. i tried to make it a reaccuring theme in a lot of my work but i always forget and it looks weird sometimes. but thank you so so so much :) i need more honest critiques on my art (and she does look like a pirate haha)

I have no idea who Yukiko is. Great work on the shadow effects. It's odd, but when I look at her face, I get confused as to whether or not she is smiling or not.

Well, I'm pretty sure you copy and pasted a picture of white and blue roses into the picture (I have no idea if that's against the rules or not. I'm pretty sure it's not though it contrast with your drawing slightly). Great job on the hair as usual. Very good job on the shading on the neck and legs and good job drawing in the folds on the dress. The only things I have to complain about are the little pink things near your eyes; they take away from what could have been a more serious look and one wing looks larger than the other. Still, great job and good job on the blue eyes. What in the world is that scary thing glaring at me on the right side of the picture?

I must say, she is very cute looking. Not very detailed, but it doesn't need to be; it is fine as it is! By the way, where did you get the idea for her outfit?

Bippo responds:

I don't really know... It's just one of those loose fitting tank tops and jean shorts.

I like the blending and lightness of the picture. It reminds me of Japanese paintings in a way. You made the woman look very beautiful, including her hair and her cool blue eyes. I'm not sure what's causing the blue shading on her right arm (maybe a light source). Also, are those feathers falling around her? Very good job. I'm sure you got an A.

This picture reminds me of a classic painting. I can't recall the name, but it has the feel of an old painting and it is good. I may not have connected the picture with jazz had you or the first commenter said anything.

The distant background is good, but the two lights out the window behind the people should be brighter I think and the pole should be visible (though this might take away from mysterious, romantic feeling being displayed). Inside the club, things like the ash tray and the walls don't seem to blend in or match the rest of the picture. Still, I like the picture and I like your work.

This picture looks a little weird compared to your others, but it could just be all the blood and darker background. Great job on the eyes (they are extremely creepy and awesome at the same time. I can't look at them for more than 2 seconds). I think my only real complaint is the bloodstains; they don't really seem very authentic, especially the blood on the neck (they look like they were painted on when it should blend in). Still, good work on the picture.

I do have a few questions (aka a lot of questions):
What are the red x's in the bottom left and top right corner for?
The background looks good, but when I look closely, it looks like a bunch of scattered dots and lines? Why did you make it like this?
Why doesn't the background extend to the bottom of the picture when the body of the zombie does?
To the left of the bloody neck, there is a bulge of skin. Is that the shoulder blade?
Did you bite the edge of that butterflies wing? :)
